Broccoli and Tuna Cheese Pie |

Directions
- 1 pie crust, fluted in large pie plate
Add:
- 1 can tuna, in spring water
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 pkg.frozen broccoli, or fresh
- 2 cups Colby cheese
Mix. Now beat together:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
Pour over the ingredients. Cook at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes, then turn down to 350 degrees F and finish cooking for 35 more minutes.
