Does anyone have a solution for baggy eyes? Not the Dean Martin look, I am talking Alfred Hitchcock, and am desperate. They are not really bags, more like suit cases!
I've never tried it, but many pro beauty experts on Oprah show and other shows swear that Preparation H hemorrhoid ointment works wonders for bags under the eyes. It's supposed to shrink the tissue. Could work. Pat T in Nevada
The bags are fat cells. A plastic surgeon can remove them. No cosmetics will remove or cover them. So you may want to live with them. They add character to one's face.
