See, I heard a long time ago that you should NEVER send money TO MAKE money. That is my rule, as soon as one of these scams ask for money, I am outta there. I think it is a great rule of thumb. Sure has kept me from being ripped off.

Thank you everyone and thank you Google, I would have been sucked in to do HomeWorkMadeEZ as well if it wasn't for this site. Blessings, M in Aussie.

Thanks for your reviews. I suspected this work from home business was a scam and luckily googled it before I believed them.I suggest an authentic work from home job or a real job!
I was cautious so remember 'what is easy, is not always right'!

Hi, I was looking at this opp and then found your site before I gave them my money. I'm glad I did. I am posting because Tim asked if anyone was making money online - or are they all scams. I am getting a very small check so far from a vitamin company. My site is www.shopgbg.com/workfromhome. Everybody needs vitamins and everybody needs an income. The video is very informative and all you do is buy your vitamins and tell others. It's only $19.95 plus shipping for your vitamins (you need them anyway) and they give you a free website. I am getting a check in the mail each month. I believe the way to do this is to get six people and teach them to get six and teach them to get six and so on. The vitamins are very good and the price is right.

Someone simply must post a website that screams out scam under the homeworkmadeez heading. It comes up early when your type in employment opportunities. The sad thing is that they are targeting the poor and honest people in serious need for work. Thanks for the warnings on this site and all the best to you job seekers like myself.

If you have been scammed by any of those companies, call your credit card/bank. They can take care of it.

This Homeworkmadeez.com concept might work out as they advertise --- sending out info products for cash in response to free ads that you place --- the only problem is that none of the downloads on their site produce a document that I can open. The files are either corrupted or don't exist on their server anymore. The download for the 600 reports with reprint rights doesn't even work at all. That's what I get for signing up for a program that was found using a 3 year old favorited link. I figured they must be doing something right if they were still in business after 3 years, but I guess I was wrong. All of their responses to my requests for a refund have been autoresponders. If you google for homework made ez and then navigate away from their homepage you can get a link to http://www.intellichat.com/?c=85 which is the provider of their chat service, the little autoresponder box that pops up when you leave and begs you to join. I tried calling their phone # listed on their web site (480-304-5430) and got ahold of a nice British chap who advised me that they would look into the problems that I was having with the site. He did say that they might take down the chat box if they found the site to be fraudulent as Intellichat is a legit company that would not want to be associated with fraudsters.
He declined to provide me with any contact info for homeworkmadeez.com. Good luck to the rest of you in getting your money back. Mine may be a lost cause as I used a business card to charge it on, and I don't have consumer chargeback protection as I understand it.

Sadly I didn't check these people out before paying my money to them. I have tried several times to get a response from their support people too no avail and I never got any envelopes to stuff. Big Surprise! I realised too late that I had been scammed and now I've lost my money. Put it down to experience, I'll never fall for this sort of bull again, older and lighter in pocket that's me.

Thanks guys for the warning. The lengthy add says it all (that it is a scam...has to be). Glad I googled to see. Sorry for you lot and hope there is a way to get back your money. To state they cannot afford to be dishonest as word of mouth will get them in the end if they are, is a joke when they have already taken your money!

After seeing Frequently Asked Q (specially this Q and Answer) I have NO doubt that this business is fake. Just read here.

Q How Do I Get Paid And When Are Wages Paid Out?
Payments will be mailed out to you in a form of a check, money order or cash under your name and will be mailed to your home address from customers who purchase products from your mailings. Our system is programmed to ensure that the correct payments go directly to you. All payments for sales generated from your mailings are sent directly to you. You then keep all profits and commissions.

WHAT! they provide the goods for free every time and PROFIT comes directly to ME! WHY? and what do they get out of this whole thing?

AAHH!! U & I are giving them free money while they laugh all the way to the bank. GOT IT.

Folks, all is not lost, call your credit card companies dispute dept, it is there job to get a response out of them. They have 45 days to respond to the cc company, if they can't legitimately explain and deliver the goods promised, your temp refund will become permanent at that time, because the cc company will extract the funds from their bank!

DO NOT DO home work made EZ! I wish I read this before they scamed me because I e-mailed them and they did not reply. I want my promised refund back of $67 but they have not given that to me. I want everyone to spread the word and try to e-mail everyone to warn them about this scam. I hope word of mouth can stop these people.

Hi just to say I think you are all right, they have machines to stuff envelopes nowadays - why would you use people? I have been scammed by a previous comapnay, DATA ENTRY BUSINESS ONLINE, who also offer a refund when I saw that the 'work' they wanted you to do was to post ads like the one I was sucked into to get your money I demanded my refund and never got one, they kept saying I wasn't giving the product a fair enough test! I lost $40! STEER CLEAR go get a cleaning job or something!

I was not as smart as some of you and was ripped off by this company. It was the HB Marketing Company who recommended them to me on DATAENTRYBUSINESS.COM. who also charge me for accessing the fraud information so I got had by both of them. There is no product and they continue to move the website.

HI
I unfortunately paid money to these people and have since asked for a refund as stated in their add but always get an auto reponse that they will be in touch in 2-5 days but nothing happens. Also sent them a letter to their mailing address but you guessed it no response.
THEY ARE A SCAM.
Can anyone out there tell me if there is any way to report these guys and also get my money back.

COMPETE.COM says the site is "Trust"

This domain is verified as Trusted based on Compete community traffic history and partner inputs.

Does this mean COMPETE.COM is also a scam site?

Or did they just made a mistake?

I wished I had done some research first on this company. I paid $39.47 in October, 2006. I was working on other programs, so I did not go through all the info,as they overwhelm you with so much to make it look so legit. By the time you get half way into the project or even before that, the site is gone.
They do not respond to emails either. I wish this could be blasted all over the internet. DO NOT EVER
DO BUSINESS WITH THOSE CROOKS.

Another, newer scam on work at home is spamming. They make you a "portal" for orders for something. A few months ago it was watches, now it is Chinese stocks. For a long time it was items to enhance sex, all of them bogus. Please, please don't send any money. You will save yourself and all of your friends a lot of headaches.

I heard that some big companies, including Land's End, use home workers to take orders, but you wouldn't pay an upfront fee for one of those jobs.

If they don't tell you exactly what the work is, you can bet it is a rip-off.

Hi Ann
I took a look at the web site that you posted about making money at home. If it is just stuffing envelopes then it is a scam. Please don't send them any money....thats how they will suck you in. If it sounds to good to be true....then it probably is.
A legitimate work at home employment will not ask you for money. Check with the Better Business Bureau on any work at home company. Get addresses and phone numbers from these companies. If they won't give you that much then they are scammers. Also see if they offer a money back guarantee..if not....run as fast as you can.
Good luck
