Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup white syrup
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups Special K cereal
Frosting:
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup butterscotch chips
Directions
Melt sugar and syrup over low heat until dissolved. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix into Special K cereal. Spread in pan.
For Frosting: Melt chips in double boiler or microwave until melted. Mix melted chips and frost.
