- 3/4 cup margarine or butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 cup oatmeal
Beat butter or margarine with sugar. Mix in 1 tablespoon water, vanilla, and cocoa. Mix in oatmeal. Roll in balls. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Finish by rolling in powdered sugar.
