Bulgarian Asparagus

I love asparagus in almost anything!

Ingredients:

  • 2 (regular size) cans asparagus, drained
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • Ad
  • 1 cup crushed soda crackers
  • 1 tsp. dry onion flakes
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Arrange asparagus in 2 quart casserole or 9x13 inch glass dish. Mix in cracker crumbs and onion. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over asparagus. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-50 minutes until set in middle of dish.

Prep Time: 10-15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 40-50 Minutes
