Use Elastic Bands To Keep Clothes From Slipping |

To prevent silky tops, blouses etc. from slipping off coathangers, wrap thick elastic bands tightly around the ends.

might try clothes pins squeeze ones
use them at seams to hold on hangers good for other tops too
