- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 3 cups water
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 2-3 cups shredded cheese
Cook rice, water and butter for 10 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes. Meanwhile fry hamburger until brown. Add spaghetti sauce and heat thoroughly. Pour over rice. Top with cheese. This can also be made ahead of time by layering the cooked rice, hamburger, spaghetti sauce and cheese. Place in a casserole dish or cake pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
