Here is a tip for your home office. I place the head of my shredder on top of a small garbage pail, with a bag ready to catch the strips. I have eliminated one step to make easy clean up.

Be sure to save the shredded paper to mulch your garden, or give it to a friend or neighbor to use in their gardens. Makes great bedding for worm bins for composting too. GG Vi

I line the bucket of the shredder with a plastic grocery bag, then put the head of the shredder over that. It does the same thing.

What kind of shredder do you have? Mine won't work unless it's locked in to it's own container :-( Would love to save a step like you do!
