Cool-N-Creamy Coffee Freeze
Pour 1 cup milk into large measuring cup. Add enough ice to measure 3 cups. Pour into blender.
Add:
- 1 cup Cool whip (frozen)
- 1 package jello vanilla pudding (4 oz, instant)
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee.
Cover and blend on high until smooth.

WOW! Does this ever sound YUMMY! And diet friendly with just a few "smart" choices in ingredients (fat free, sugar free). Thanks, I'll be trying this one SOON!
