Baked Chicken in Italian Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- salt and pepper
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
Directions
Cut chicken into serving pieces, and place in microwave baking dish. Pour about half of well shaken bottle of dressing over chicken that has been seasoned to your taste. Cover with lid or waxed paper. Cook on high for 12 to 15 minutes. Continue cooking for 10-12 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Adjust time for larger or smaller chicken.

I have also used Italian Dressing on my chicken when I barbeque it. I just marinate it for several hours.
