Pecan and Cranberry Pie

One of our family favorites. not only delicious, but very pretty.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups whole cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees F and bake for 35 to 40 additional minutes.
