Fruity Cranberry Salad

Only three ingredients go into this salad and its a great alternative to the stuff that comes in a can.

Ingredients:

  • Bag of fresh cranberries
  • apple, chopped, cored, peel (if you like but we don't)
  • orange, peeled and take out any seeds divide into sections

Directions:

Add bag of cranberries, orange slices, and apple into food processor. Chop till the consistency you want. I like mine a little chunky, not too much, but not until its baby food consistency. Chill and serve. You can change up the flavor by the type of apple you use. I like it with a fuji or gala, but my grandmother who gave me the recipe used granny smith and then adds a tablespoon or two of Splenda.

Source: I got this recipe from my grandmother Mary.
