My dog loves to chew on empty 20-ounce pop bottles, so I made an inexpensive variation of that. Take a 20-ounce pop bottle, drop a couple of dried beans inside, and put the cap on tightly. Slip the bottle inside an old tube sock and tie a knot in the top of the sock. My dog loves to chew on these and toss them around.

Awesome idea! Mac chews his toys in 10minutes flat, and the toys these days are rather expensive, so thanks, he might just like this one. :)

Be careful with this one, those plastic pop/soda bottles can be really sharp when they get cut or chewed.

I think my spazzo dog Benji will love this! He chews up every single toy we buy him so this will save heaps of $!

Thanks! My Jack Russell puppy loves it! I used kibble instead of beans, and a white sock over a gatorade bottle.
