Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup coconut
Frosting:
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Mix well and pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
For frosting: Mix cream cheese and margarine; add powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla.
