There is so much support out there on the net, that you can get therapeutic advice for almost any issue through all the self-help blogs and boards and chat rooms. You don't have to wait until you can afford therapy or have transportation - by participating online. My own therapist is out of town for a month or so and I am compensating by spending more time with my online supports.

My favorite is www.fertilethoughts.com which is a huge board for infertility, surrogacy, pregnancy, adoption, and parenting, as well as having many community boards. Lots of support there.
