1/2 cup each finely chopped cauliflower, radishes, green onions, green pepper, carrots and cucumber
salt, to taste
1 large bottle Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
Combine all veggies with salt in bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl, blending well. Pour over veggies. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving. Note: salad dressing may be re-used.
