Because of their reputation I used to be apprehensive about being around Pits myself, until our courier had to bring his to work with him for a while. I found out just how sweet and charming they can be. She and I are still friends, she puts her paws on the counter so I can reach her for a pet whenever she sees me. I usually end up coming out to give her a belly-rub, because when I start talking to her she flops over on her back. All said, they really are sweet!
