You can find "Toughest Man In Arizona" at Comet Video.com They have many B-Westerns.

You can also check half.com for anyone listing the movie. You can set-up a wishlist, and as soon as it is listed, it will send you a confirmation email. I've check as of 02-22-05 and none was listed. I also checked www.imdb.com and no version of the movie is available. Ebay might be the only way to get a out of print copy - pay heavily of course!
