Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, separated into flowerettes
- 2-4 avocados, sliced
- 6 radishes, sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 8-10 green olives, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bottle (small) Italian dressing
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Blend mayonnaise and Italian dressing in bowl. Toss vegetables with dressing until well-coated. Chill for several hours before serving.
