Can anybody tell me how to make sugar soap for washing walls?

TSP is Na3PO4, not three types of phosphate. But the commercial product is sometimes cut with other materials, so you do want to check on the composition.

Sugar soap is called TSP in the US. (It's tri-sodium phosphate) Make sure it does have all 3 types of sodium phosphates, sometimes it doesn't have all of them. Dilute the powder in water according to directions.

I use Lysol with bleach when I clean my walls. Wear gloves and wipe with a towel after.
