How do I get the frizz out of my size Barbie doll?

Another thing you might try, in addition to the detangler, is spray on silcone. The one I have is called "Shine On".

Hi Wynter!
Try using Suave leave-in detangler. I have had it work great on both doll and my little pony hair.
