Fruit Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks, or canned in juice and drained
  • Ad
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 ice cubes (omit if using frozen strawberries)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender container; blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend all until thickened.
