- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks, or canned in juice and drained
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 ice cubes (omit if using frozen strawberries)
Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender container; blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend all until thickened.
