Garland From Pine Boughs

To make a pine garland, use heavy twine that is a little longer than the length to be covered. Cut lengths of pine (any variety) or any evergreen type of bush, also have a roll of florist wire.

Take 2 or 3 cuts of evergreen. Using the florist wire, wrap onto the twine. Add 2 or 3 in the same direction, overlapping as you go and wrap with the continous florist wire. Continue to do this until the length you want is reached. You can add lengths of berries or ribbon or ornaments on wire as you go or add after. The heavy twine keeps it all together and makes hanging easier.
