Tortillas for Soft Tacos
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 3-3 1/2 cups flour
Mix together and let rise 1 hour. Roll out with flour to 1/4 inch thick. Use 3 inch bowl to make circles. put meat filling in each, fold over and pinch edges together. Deep fat fry until golden brown. When done, drain on paper towels. Pull top edge apart and add lettuce, tomato and cheese or whatever topping you desire.
