Cool Summer Salad
- 1/2 cup cooked chickpea
- 1/2 cup cooked corn
- 1/2 cup baked beans in tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. fat-free mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix all the ingredients together. Cool it in refrigerator. You can use it at any time.
