Country-Style Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken or fully cooked ham
  • 3 cups sliced frozen carrots, opt.

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in hash browns, chicken and carrots if desired. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes. Uncover; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until bubbly.
