Here's one idea how about a Halloween theme, you could put heaps of things up for cheap prices maybe you could set up a tent outside and tell scary stories, do pranks on each other, watch a scary movie, and dance to cool scary music, that completes the party. Eat junk food, and stay up late. You could put up balloons and make them all black. Put up fake spider webs. It may sound weird but that's the whole point doing something different 4 once, and if you think about it it, would be really fun. Posted on 01/07/2008 | Report Spam or Abuse Carnival Party Idea By not telling you (Guest Post) You should have a Carnival Party have a piece of cardboard and tape blown up balloons to it. Have little rocks to throw at them (you can find the rocks on the ground) and you can have little candy bags for people that get 2 balloons and then for people that get more you could have little stuffed animals you can get at the dollar store You could get some cheap plastic glasses and a rock and you can paint the rim of the glasses three different colors with washable paint and then you could have any number of glasses but lets say you would have 15 glasses you could paint 5 glasses red then 5 glasses blue and 5 glasses yellow. You could have your friends throwing the rock in one of the glasses and if you get red you could get a small candy bag and then if they get a blue glass they could get a small stuffed animal and then a yellow glass could be some type of cheap big gift. Not too big though and you have to put the glasses taped onto a piece of cardboard so they don't fall over when they throw the rock because then someone would have to keep picking them up. When they throw the rock they could have 3-any number of tries you want them to have but they all have to have the same amount of tries and you could put this all in your back yard. I would strongly suggest about 3-4 tries to throw the rock because less time and less fights (trust me) You could also have like a bottle toss where you could have a pyramid of bottles and you could give them three tries to knock the all down with a rock and when someone does you can give them a stuffed animal from a dollar store or a candy bag or something like that. You could have three different bowls one has popcorn and one has chips or something and then another one could have a colorful candy mix like you could have m&ms and skittles and smarties and other colorful candies. Then for dinner or lunch or whatever you could have pizza or burgers and hotdogs (something you would have at a carnival). Hope that helps and Hope your party is great. Traditional Christmas goodies with supplies to decorate their own cookies, and showing Christmas movies. Guests will sleep over and we'll have water balloon fights with red and green balloons. We have a pool so we'll have swimming. She went to a Rat Race birthday party not long ago where the girls were divided into 2 or 3 teams of 3 or 4 kids, given a lump sum of money and had to go to different stores in the mall and buy certain things to get the clues. Adults stationed at all mall exits waiting with cars to take the groups to the final spot, a local hotel where the final prize was at the bottom of the pool. Then they all slept over at the hotel. I don't have any other ideas, but I know my daughter loved the Hawaii-themed birthday party she attended. All the participants took their bathing suits so they could swim. Each was given a "grass" skirt, which they wore for pictures. Each participant had her/his pic taken and put into a card, which was created using info from the web. They played Hawaiian music. The party was extreme Hawaiian, down to the fake trees. All the kids had a blast, even the boys. Whatever you decide, I hope you have a great time.
