Making a Bridal Shower Wishing Well

I am looking for instructions to make a wishing well for a bridal shower. Each guest was asked to bring a kitchen item gift for the wishing well.

I googled your request and came across a site without pics, but the "wishing well" was only regarded as a designated area for those special gifts.

It suggested that you decorated a table with a checkerboard table cloth or placemats and create signs.

I just went to a baby shower and was asked to bring diapers for the "honey pot." It was a Winnie the Pooh theme and they just had a giant basket with ribbons and such for the diapers.

Hi,
If all the guests are bringing kitchen items, choose a holder to go along with that theme, such as a large basket, trash can, colander, etc. It depends how many guests you are having. Usually the Wishing Well items are small, so different size containers will work. Then tie balloons in the party colors, to the holder, to add to the overall look.
