Triumph Cutting Machine 26"

I recently purchased a Triumph cutting machine 26". It doesn't seem to work. I don't have the electric diagram and I need it to fix it. Can you please help me? The only information I have is a tag IDEAL-WERK D 7460 made in West Germany.
