Cut the bananas into pieces and put on wooden skewers. Dip in chocolate sauce then dip into chopped nuts. Place in freezer and freeze, the children will love them.

I slice a banana, freeze it, and then make a smoothie using the frozen banana slices, chocolate soy milk, and honey.

Our grandchild is not allowed sweets but loves bananas. I will try these treats. They sound delicious. Thank you for a lovely idea. deirdre
