Does anyone have anything for a 48 ford two door sedan? Does anyone know where I can find any parts for one?

Thanks,
Handyman Jack.

For Handyman Jack
My husband has had excellent results getting old car parts from Denaples Auto Parts in Dunmore Pennsylvania. They search salvage yards and have always come up with what he needed. Very reasonable to

Believe it or not, you can find a lot of part for older cars on Ebay. We have a friend who bought a '66 Impala for parts while restoring his "baby". He sold many parts he didn't need on Ebay and made more than he had paid for the parts car!

Hi Handyman Jack,
Here are a couple of links that might help:

http://restored-classic.com/ford-parts/1948.html

http://www.fordoldpart.com/fp2.htm

This one is to salvage yards:

http://www.car-stuff.com/carlinks/salvage.htm

Seems like I remember a site where you could put in the part you wanted and it would search the salvage yards and it would tell you which part was closest but I haven't been able to find it today. If anyone knows a site like that, please post it.

Good Luck restoring your sedan.
