A good accompaniment with rice or roti. A veggie dish for vegans and all. Tasty and yummy.

Cut the cauliflower into florets. Peel ginger and garlic and chop fine.
Heat a pan, add oil. When oil is hot add the onion and chillies. Then add mustard and cumin seeds,then add masala, tumeric powder, tomato, ginger and garlic. Let them fry for a minute and put in the cauliflower and peas.
Stir fry for about 10 minutes until the cauliflower cooks a little. Add few drops of water so that it doesn't burn. Add the salt. Cover and cook till done. Serve with rice or roti.
