How do I paint empty liquor bottles so that they look full, and transparent? Is there a special paint ? And where do I get it?

You could try the faux stained glass paints u can get in a craft store, one brand that I have used is called Gallery Glass paint. As it comes in various colors, you could mix colors so that the clear liquor bottles would show color similar to the booze that would normally be in them if it is colored. Otherwise, bonnie's idea of fake water is good for colored bottles or ones where the liquor is usually clear.
