There are over 495 "Polish" recipes on the Recipezaar website (http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/polish) - not sure how authentic they are but I've made a few of them and they tasted darn good to me!

Broaden your online search to include Eastern European Recipes. There are a slew of recipes online. This is a good site. In fact, they are currently writing about Poland and their food festivals. I am of Czech descent and learned ethnic recipes measuring literally "by hand." These recipes have true measurements and are true to taste.
