1 1/2 cup drained pineapple, juice and water to make 1 cup of liquid
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup of vinegar
2 Tbsp. soya sauce
Directions
With first ingredients, make patties and brown. Cook sauce until thickened and pour over patties. Cook for 15 minutes. Green peppers, celery and mushrooms can be added in the last 15 minutes.
