Don't Respond to Spam
If you open a spam to ask them to remove you from their list, they get a return message your address is a real one. Your spam increases. I have a yahoo box and just delete them.

When I typed in the requested website from Helen Stephens I get an error message stating this may be a way to trick you. I never click on a link from someone I don't know personally. Always type in the address bar.

Send all spam to uce@ftc.gov This is the best way
