Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach (10oz.)
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine (8oz.)
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions
Thaw spinach and squeeze until dry. Blend all ingredients well.

I also add a can of artichokes chopped up. Yum!
