Organizing Your Home Calendar |

Buy just one calendar and hang it up by the front door or in the kitchen. Hang a pen on it so everyone in the family can write down important things to remember. That way everyone knows what the other has to do that day so you'll never forget or schedule too many things in one day.

Organizing Your Home Calendar
Let your household calendar help with everyday organization. Write birthdays, anniversaries, appointments, etc. in different colored inks so you know at a glance what type of event is coming up.

To help everyone in the family get their calendars organized every December. I make a family calendar. At the top of the page I put a small one year calendar. On the bottom half of the page I list the months followed by anyone who is having a birthday or aniversary. Beside their name I put the date and the letter B for birthday or A for anniversary. I print out enough for all of the family members and send them out with the Christmas cards. This is a great help for anyone wanting to send cards.
