Soap For A Stuck Zipper

I have found that the easiest way to make a zipper work smoothly is to rub a cake of soap (any kind) along the zipper edges. That zipper with go up and down smoothly.

Great advice. I was lost, almost brought to tears...lol. My brand new never before used snow suit with heavy duty zipper jammed with layers of fabric and I was afraid pulling to hard would bust the plastic tag off. Then I used a slight variation to your idea and used thick Irish spring body wash to soak it down and slick it up. Those fabrics flattened out and stuck to themselves making it possible to jossle the zipper and work them apart. Thanks! G.B.
