Quick Veggie Cottage Cheese
For a refreshing and quick meal, chop up a tomato, some avocado, onion and fresh bell pepper into a scoop or 2 of cottage cheese. Can add a dash of fresh Parmesan cheese, or not. Can be served with crackers. Delicious!
