Sunshine Shake

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup low-milk or buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup strawberry low-fat yogurt
  • 6 frozen nectarine slices
  • honey, optional

    Directions:

    In a blender or food processor, combine milk and yogurt. Add frozen fruit slices, one at a time, blending well after each addition, till smooth and thick. Sweeten with honey, if desired. Makes 1 serving.
