Cheese Ring With Strawberry Preserves
Ingredients

16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 1 cup strawberry preserves
Directions
Combine the cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, onions, garlic and Tabasco in a bowl. Stir to mix well. Shape into a ring on a serving plate. Spoon preserves into the center, and arrange crackers on the outside of the plate. Spread cheese and preserves on the crackers. Great! I made these for Christmas this year and they were begging for more.
