I have no problem connecting to FREEPATTERNS.COM I signed on as a member and I received newsletters every month with wonderful tips and patterns. On this site is patterns for knitting, crochet, beading, sewing, xstitch and papercraft. Very beautiful pictures and easy instructions. I thing the trick is to sign on. Your mail address stays confidential within their site. I have not received any funny advertisements or other strange and unwanted stuff. I live in South Africa and have not struggled to access this site. Happy hunting!

I had this on my site and after being able to get a lot of nice patterns now when I try to pull it up it looks like an XXX rated site. am I losing my mind? megranni
Editor's Note: I just went there and it wasn't an x rated site. freepattern.com does look a bit questionable and is probably just a site that has links to other sites. It just generates traffic for them. Freepatterns.com does require your email address which I don't think was the case when the post was first put up.

i cant get into this site either, no matter what i have tried to do, still won't work for me, i got the password that they sent me but still nothing.

I have a log in and password and havnt yet (after many trys) been able to get any free downloads. and you cant always get into the site.

I have alot of problems with this site when you get into it and go to download it freezes up the computer.
why can't you have a site with out all this log in stuff

I have tried to acess the webhsite, free patterns.they gave me a password and login account, but I cannot get into the site. I try to disable the cookies, but I am not sure that is what I need. Can anyone help? - Mary Hutson

I had used that site and did download one free pattern, then signed up for a newsletter and havent recieved any thing more free! I have to agree with the strings attached. Is there something im doing wrong? maybe looking in the wrong places?
