Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 tomato, chopped
- radish, to taste
- 1 small onion, minced
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Place vegetables in large bowl. Mix oil, vinegar and seasoning thoroughly together. Just before serving pour the dressing over, and toss lightly.
