Angel Noelle (Schnoodle) Don't Eat the Charmin
This is Angel Noelle. She is a 2 year old Schnoodle. Angel was born December 2002 and I adopted her February 2003. She is very smart and affectionate. She loves to give kisses and cuddle. She is the love of my life. Angel enjoys running around out in the yard and her favorite game is fetch. At times my Angel can be a little mischievous, as you can see from these cute pictures.

This picture is of Daisy. She is helping the teachers ring in the first day of school!
Daisy is a budgie and she is about 6 months old! I love watching her throughout the day. She is still always doing something to make a person laugh. She is the best.

We have a small house with very little storage room. One of the best things we ever did was to invest in an inexpensive closet organizer. It has helped us make room for several items that we had no idea where they would go. Not much money and defintely worth it.

Make a Master List for Camping
This tip is for your new recreation section. On one of our camping trips, I took the time to write down everything we had brought with us, tips about how we had packed that had worked or had not worked, and items we forgot. When we got home I saved this master list, divided into categories of where that item is typically kept at home: garage, storage building, kitchen, etc.
Now when we are going to go camping, I just print our list and check off as we gather items from each area - no more running around from place to place as things come to my mind! I also bring the paper copy that we packed from with us, making note of any additions or deletions so I can update my master list when I get home.

Tips for helping people deal with stress and stessful situations. Post your ideas.
Stress Relief Ideas
A great way to relieve stress is to exercise, exercise, exercise! It doesn't have to cost anything either. Walking in your neighborhood every day doesn't cost a dime!
One of my favorite ways to "de-stress" is to listen to soft, calm music. I love to just sit back and close my eyes and take some deep breaths while listening. Great relaxation!
Another way I love to de-stress by watching old I Love Lucy videos! Laughter is a great medicine. It helps lower blood pressure and tends to reduce stress. I always feel much more relaxed after a good laugh session!

Care packages are always welcomed by college students, but they are expensive to ship. Instead, I recommend trying gift cards or money. Then the student can get whatever he or she needs or wants. Also, Wal-Mart has a reloadable shopping card now that a parent can put money on and the student can have it within just a few minutes to use for whatever they need.

Putting one half of an unused BOUNCE dryer sheet under the drivers side car seat will provide you with fresh smelling air and discourage fly-ems and creep-ums from enjoying residence in your vehicle. And we all know that a bee in the car while zooming down the interstate can create havoc!

Tips for saving money on gas. Post your ideas.
Keep in mind, cars are more fuel efficient with the air conditioning on than with the air off and windows down while zipping down the freeway so cool of if you feel the need without worry.
Are your tires properly inflated? You will save so much money if you will keep the air just right in those tires. For examples, your won't have to replace your tires so soon, you will use less gasoline to make your care move, you will have a smoother ride.

I am looking for a new cordless phone. My old one which I love doesn't work well anymore. It was a 2.4GHz. I've tried 2 new ones that were expensive and they are 5.8GHz which I thought would be better, but for some reason they have static. Should I go back to a 2.4GHz, at least the old one was clear? Any suggestions?

This summer I purchased a confederate jasmine plant and it has done wonderful... green with wonderful fragrant white flowers and has grown up the trellis winding around it every day.
My question is, do I leave this plant alone now that the cooler weather will be here or do I cut it down?
Thank you in advance for your information.
Regards,
Joesgirl

We have a second fridge downstairs. It freezes everything I put in there unless it is a very hot, hot day. We have had it checked to see if it needed repairs and it does not. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? It certainly defeats the purpose of having an extra fridge when I have to throw out frozen items.
Thank You.

I would like to find a recipe for Escalloped Apples. Does anyone have one, or know where I may find one? I have a good looking recipe from Pampered Chef for an Escalloped Apple Pie, and need to make the Escalloped Apples, for I can't find them anywhere but the Schwann Co. and they are too expensive for me.
Thanks to all who may read and help.
Sincerely,
Sharon

Armpit Smell On Dry Clean Only Clothes
I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get out perspiration and armpit smell out of dry clean clothes. I have seen many suggestions for washable clothes, but cannot find anything for fine fabrics. I work in suits everyday, and am tired of spending big bucks on new suits, only to feel like walking body odor after month or so! Please help.

I can NOT get the odor out of my son's New Balance suede tennis shoes. The bottom of the inside of the shoes have a flannel feeling fabric. I have:
1. Sprayed with Kiwi Fresh Force shoe freshener
2. Washed with baking soda, vinegar, detergent, spray and wash, etc.
3. Left outside for days to air out. Even the animals don't want to run off with them....lol
None of his other shoes smell like this. He marched in these at band camp and I suppose he sweat excessively in them. The just have a really rank odor that resembles the odor that happened one time when the towel underneath the dog's water bowl didn't get replaced when I was flat on my back from an injury. The guys let it go and it got full of mold or mildew underneath. Ew...gross. Anyway, the towel washed fine. But I sure can't get these shoes to stop stinking. They sure are clean though!...LOL...Any suggestions? Thanks, Stacie

Green Tips for Back to School
By Ellen Brown
Parents expect to spend an average of $574 on back-to-school shopping this year. Other than the holiday season, back-to-school shopping offers consumers the largest opportunity to collectively vote with their dollars in support of environmentally and socially responsible products. It also offers an excellent opportunity for parents to teach their children about conserving our natural resources.
