Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup cubed carrots
- 1 cup cubed rutabaga
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup broccoli crowns
- 1/2 cup cauliflower crowns
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 cup cubed ham
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients (in 3 qt. casserole). Cover and cook on high in microwave for 10 minutes. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Blend in milk. Heat for 16 minutes, 4 minutes at a time (stirring after each time). Stir in remainder and heat another 4 minutes.
