There's a lot of grilling going on in our little town these days. Everyone is happy to see spring finally come. These ham steaks are great on the grill!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
6 (1/2 inch thick) ham steaks
1 can pineapple slices (20 oz.)
Directions:
Preheat coals. Mix mustard, brown sugar, cloves and pineapple juice in bowl. Place ham steaks on grill over hot coals. Baste with mustard mixture. Grill for 6 minutes. Turn ham over; baste with mustard mixture. Place 2 pineapple slices on each steak. Grill for 6 minutes longer.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1-2 Tbsp. ground cloves
1 Tbsp. molasses
2-3 tsp. ground mustard
2-3 tsp. ground ginger
3 bone-in fully cooked ham steaks
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Pout 1 1/2 cups into a large resealable plastic bag; add ham steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. drain and discard marinade.
Grill ham steaks, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until heated through, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
