There's a lot of grilling going on in our little town these days. Everyone is happy to see spring finally come. These ham steaks are great on the grill!

  • 1/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 6 (1/2 inch thick) ham steaks
  • 1 can pineapple slices (20 oz.)

Preheat coals. Mix mustard, brown sugar, cloves and pineapple juice in bowl. Place ham steaks on grill over hot coals. Baste with mustard mixture. Grill for 6 minutes. Turn ham over; baste with mustard mixture. Place 2 pineapple slices on each steak. Grill for 6 minutes longer.
