This recipe is courtesy of my husband's cousin, Judy. Very rich and yummy cake!
Mix chocolate cake according to directions on box. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Take out when done and poke holes with wooden spoon handle. Then pour 1 can chocolate syrup mixed with 1 can Eagle Brand milk over cake. Refrigerate to cool cake. Mix 1/2 bag Oreos with 1 carton Cool Whip and spread on cake. Keep refrigerated.

Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Bake in 2 round 9 inch cake pans. Let cool. Frost the bottom layer of the cake with 1/2 of frosting and sprinkle 1/2 of the candy bars on top. Place second cake on top and repeat with frosting and candy bars.
