Lining Pans with Foil

To easily line a baking pan with foil, turn the pan upside down and smoothe the foil on the bottom and up the sides of the pan being careful to form the corners as well. Then take the "formed" foil off the pan, turn the pan back over and it will fit perfectly inside the pan. No more pulling and ripping.

Hi Kim,
Thank you so much for this tip, we bake a LOT of sweet potatoes and lining the pan with tin foil has always been very awkward for me. :)

Line Baking Pans With Aluminum Foil

I love to bake using marinades and various spices that are messy to clean up. In my old age (65), I have learned to line my baking pans with aluminum foil so I can just remove the food, dispose of the foil, and put the pan away - no scrubbing needed. I even line the disposable pans to get another use out of them. No more scrubbing for me!
